Because of the typo in the name, you can't really sell it as a name to brand upon, so the only real value is the potential for type-in traffic. It stretches believability to think that a .net of something that isn't spelled right will get enough traffic to be worth anything.

If it were .com or spelled right it'd be different, but with both problems at the same time it just doesn't work.

It doesn't seem to bother the seo's or the other webmasters
who use the term in their page descriptions.
