Keep sending unwanted email [email protected] - what to do with this guy

I repeatedly requested him to take out my email address from his mailing list.
Called him and asked him to take out my email address.

[email protected] (spam email)

What else can I do?

This guys is in Canada and I am in USA

Told him I can not come and see movies in Canada!
