This is a site I setup and sold a couple of my own sites but I no longer have time / sites to sell. It is based on the template from DC builders. Not much to talk about in terms of traffic, its more of a sale for the domain, the PR and management system in place. With existing PR, its a great starting point for the new owner as it is marketable (getting link partners).
