It's a nice name, but you'd be doing very well to get more than $7k for a .net name undeveloped. A quick google search suggests that most sites focused on kissing (as opposed to more general dating sites or adult sites - where your name has some potential but not a huge amount) are small budget affairs.

Any type-in traffic?
