I got this message while trying to add a domain.
What newer system are we talking about here?
Is it only the login area or also affects the parked pages?
May be Fin can share us more thoughts on this

Your customer account is currently being migrated to the newer system. All new domains are supposed to be added directly to the newer system. Until you have been assigned a control panel for adding domains yourself, you can email the list of domains that you want to add, to your account manager. You can alternatively send this list to [email protected].
