How does klickerz/skenzo count the traffic?

Is it actual (real) visitors or its everything including bot traffic etc?

I have a few names there, but have never been paid...The customer service have been very good untill now. If I ever actully get paid I plan on moving several hundred domains over there. As they seem to offer more service than Traffic Club.
