totally agree with last 2 posts, sports injuries / knee ops lots of potential - who knows an end user might pay $1000 or or more

Find a doctor that specializes in knee surgery (unfamiliar with the medical term), and you should be able to get low $xxx-mid $xxx for it, as that surgery is quite common.
