I plan on having my own branded ISP in order to sell DSL and DIAL UP services. Does anyone know of any reliable and affordable ISP Reseller providers. Also if you can give me any feedback or additional suggestions that would be great.

I checked out VISP.net and their packages, but do not know if it is the best solution or not.
