I have had this for a couple of months now. Currently it has a PR2 and 533 users, growing even more every day. Anywhere from 3-10+ user signups per day.
Last month it got just under 10,000 uniques, then I removed the capability to upload mp3 and wma because of people uploading copyright songs. After that the traffic dropped and currently this month only has a little below 1,500 uniques (around 90-95/day). If you want to deal with the hassles, the buyer can re-enable mp3/wma uploading if you desire. It's a quick edit in the admin control panel.
Adsense is on this site, I dont think it get's that many clicks though. This month it has only made around $0.80. There has been no money spent on promoting this site.
This site gets most of it's search engine traffic from MSN.

As you can see from the stats screens, a lot of traffic from Yahoo as well. I am not sure for which keywords though.
The site runs the Celeron Dude script. Note I am not selling the script. I am only selling the site (users/files/url/logo/etc). The script is available free for download at http://celerondude.com
I am selling it because I dont have the time to manage it like I did when I started it (I got a full time job). Like I said I havnt really promoted this web site at all, and it has over 500 users in only a couple of months. I believe I put up this site around March 15th, so it has grown quite a bit in the time it has been up.
Anyways on with pricing info.
I want to start the bidding at $50, I won't let this go for too low.
I have no buy it now because I dont have a set value in my mind for this site. If I get a good enough offer I will sell it off. Also this is my first time selling a web site, so if I missed anything, please let me know and I will try and answer questions or post more information if it is needed.
