Personally I'm not fond of time-sensitive domains.
After 2026 the domain will no longer be relevant. And it will be very long before you can cash in on the domain.
At least you have plenty of time to develop...

by that time, there may not be an olympic event

add that factor to other equations
other than that, it's limited, unless something happens during "that" event.
