This is my first auction to sell a site on Dnforum, even though I've been a longtime member. Any info I forgot to list I'd be happy to provide, so feel free to contact me!
Site: http://www.lalovin.com - LA Lovin'
Description: Celeb gossip site, mostly with paparazzi pics, a couple models, some news.
Age of site: 13 months
Registrar: Joker.com (I've transferred a few sites from here, very easy to work with)
Traffic: ~7,000 unique visitors daily. This is almost all from search traffic (google images mainly) with a few hardlinks from some sites that have been up for months/if not from day one. Traffic goes up significantly when I'll update, which right now happens about 2 times a month and get the site plugged. When updating on a regular basis it can easily bring in 40,000 unique visitors and up.
Included in the sale is a list of sites that will give plugs out and friends of the site that will also send incredible traffic.
Traffic jumped up on the new year thanks to google. Prior to that updates were about once every other month.

Revenue: $500 --- I just added advertising in the month of January.. there are no banners, no popups, only adultfriendfinder.com and a two pay per click advertisers. Putting banners/popups on this site will no doubt yield a much higher income.

Included in sale is the 100% original design/layout as well as the completely custom script, used exclusively on this site built from the ground up.. very user friendly as long as you can upload via FTP.
