I think so this is a generic Domain and the Trademark Owner know why he dont have made a stop.
You dont use this domain in bad faith.

Yeah, names like these kinda sit on the borderline. Best thing is to set up a site quickly that does not have the same business model as lastminute.com.

Alldig you messed up LastMinute.com is a great domain. In fact it is a very profitable site at the moment. I'd take the domain any time of the day.

 

kvinsencius, alldig don't do things on lastminute, only on lasthour, he needs a bit more time.
