What do you think of the name?

A site that provides tons of last-minute offers. From flights to special sales, surplus sales, going out of business sales, ...

The site connects buyer and seller and either gets a fee on a subscription basis (seller pays) or a 1% commission on the sales price.

Please let me know if you like the concept and also please give me your appraisals for the name if it's undeveloped.
