My association board is passing a special assessment for about $2,600 (US) because other property owners are not paying their association fees or their previous special assessments.
1) So we're giving irresponsible people a free pass?
2) Are we going to get another assessment to cover when these people don't pay their special assessment?
No wonder things are f-ed up around here in the US, people are allows to NOT pay their agreed to bill and have others suffer???
My wife says that she has this reasoning in writing from the "assisstant to the board" (what the hell kind of title is that anyway?).
