I have a generic name with no trademarks.

The name is also a "last" name for a few hundred thousand people in the US..

and about 100 businesses..

I have a website on the domain and have had for nearly a year..

I no longer want the domain and want to inform (email)the hundred businesses that it is available..

Any problem with that ?

Registered TM or Implied TM ?

Is there such a thing as "implied" TM ?

What do you base that conclusion on ?
