Right now, both names simply redirect to RDCongo.com, so I can't give you exact figures.

HOWEVER, please note that lasemaine.fr, lasemaine.ca, and lasemaine.org are all major sites. The first two are private newpapers/magazines, the .org is actually run by the French government. "La Semaine" means "Week" or "The Week" in French!

Please note that definite articles ("the", "le", "la", or "l'" before a vowel) are much more common in French Web sites, especially news sites. Just do some research and you will see what I mean.

"L'Europe" is French for Europe! With Europe.com already taken, it's the best you're likely to get (or afford).
