Is there a rule for this thread on whether the buyer or seller pays for the fees? From my conventional understanding at least, is that the seller pays for seller fees unless specified.

If it wasted more time than the sale was worth, why did you refund the original payment? What is the fee anyways? I don't mind paying it as it's probably less than a dollar, but don't appreciate the attitude. And it's not buyer's fee, it's seller fee; so don't throw it at me as if your paying my fees.

And what do you mean by "Sale Over"?

First of all, I would argue that it is your liability and not mine as you have implied in your initial rude pm. It's called seller fees, as you probably have a business account and not a personal account. I sent you $13, how much are you expecting as the correct amount anyway out of curiosity? As I still have no idea.

You should let people know in future auctions along with the amount of fees you are expecting as there is no way of even knowing. I pay taxes, but I don't pay for the merchant's visa charges when I use my credit card unless it's specified.

Anyways, if you can figure out the fees. Send me a pm of the total amount with the fee, I'll pay your paypal seller fees. I just didn't appreciate the way you demanded it.

You know, I don't have that option, perhaps it's because I'm using a paypal app off my ipad and it's simplified.
