Link Popularity and AllTheWeb.com

I use Link Popularity Check 2.5 to check link popularity.

Almost all the sites I check have 0 for AllTheWeb.com.

Anybody know what is up with AllTheWeb.com

I've not seen any issues with Alltheweb during October?
