Wanted: Domain Linkpop Perl script needed

I need a PERL script that can do the following:
- Check the Google and Yahoo directories for listing of the supplied domain name
- Check Google, Yahoo (and possibly other search engines) to determine the link popularity of a particular domain.

In essence, the script should achieve something close to what is available on sites like MarketLeap etc.
