Wanted: Service Links exchange script needed

Hi,

where can I find a PHP link-exchange script which could offer many visitors of my website to exchange THEIR own links each other(not only exchanging mine with my visitors, I have already had such scripts ) and the script could arrange the link exchanges properly and do the links checking later.

I think the script should look like what linkexchange.com did?

I think linkalizer.com sells their script, not sure about the link checking feature though.
