You don't research a TM by looking for other violators, you look it up. Linux = TM.
My point is, using Linux that way is under 'fair use' as explained by TM laws, and of course with putting "LINUXî is a registered trademark of Linus Torvalds" text somewhere in the website, according to info from the net.
