I don't think there could be TM issue, because a lot of linuxhost, linuxforum, linuxinfo and other .coms exist.

You don't research a TM by looking for other violators, you look it up. Linux = TM.

My point is, using Linux that way is under 'fair use' as explained by TM laws, and of course with putting "LINUX® is a registered trademark of Linus Torvalds" text somewhere in the website, according to info from the net.
