I have domain with a web site listed for sell on Sedo.com

Just got an offer outside of Sedo can I go and sell the domain with Escrow.com ?

Definitely, or use Sedo's escrow service (e-mail them first!!!) if the buyer would prefer. Just delete your domain from their site first either way.
