I bought it with a vision of it being used for a music, podcast and/or audiobook review/blog/forum style website.

Alternatively it could be used as a mental health forum or charity website (maybe with a chat service like the Samaritans) where a trained member "listens to" people when they're having a tough time and can provide support and/or advice.

to me, the domain has no clear usage

and there are other alternatives to your ideas

so, i don't see it selling for a premium above registration costs

imo....
