I purchased this domain via a drop about two years ago. I then purchased another college forum (nkuforum.com) thinking I could get those users to convert into active members. I only got about 5 active members out of that site. I still kept the threads and posts still though. The site was active for a good three to six months and I started getting tired of it.

I let the site sit for quite sometime and eventually got around to getting a new design for it which took me forever to find a reliable coder to finish it. Again, the site has since just been sitting there. I'm not a forum admin and get quite bored with running forums hence the reason I'm selling.

I paid quite a bit for the design as it came with quite a few PSDs which will all be included.

What's included:
vBulletin License
vBSEO License (As long as it can be transfered.)
Custom Coded Design

The vBSEO is installed but just disabled for now.
Revenue Details:

The site made money before I installed the new design and I had an ad showing to guests, even when the site was inactive. Since then it has been removed and makes no money.
Traffic Details:

Site receives about 30 uniques / day still. Traffic stats can be installed and I can install a mint license if you wish to see the stats in real time.

I'm looking for bids starting no lower than $400.

Yes, the site was opened around this time two years ago as I mentioned. I just copied / pasted the post from SP and I guess I messed up with that.

Headsup.. The site is full of spam... you should have a captcha registration system. The image links at the top don't work..

Yes, I know it's full of spam, as I've stated I've left the site sit. I'm not trying to hide anything. I will clean up the forums for whoever buys it by deleting the spam. The spam bots can get by the captcha now.
