Just wondering why such a high asking price when one year of revenue for a 40% share would at the max be $48,000 and that is if you make 10k a month.

Our month to month revenue growth rate has been in excess of 75% the last 4 months.

may i ask is this transferrable to NON us citizens? or do stakeholders have to be in usa?

also having 40% of stakes will it mean 60% is owned by someone else or is the 60% also split?

You do not have to be a US citizen.

The other 60% of the company is and will remain owned by me.

I was interested but was everything resolved with the advertiser thomor25 on webhostingtalk? I believe posting advertiser's personal information is very disrespectful and should raise a red flag for those interested in how adveritsing dealings may end up. Issues should be worked out with the advertiser and not be taken public like that.

Thomor25 quote: "It is also a forum that is a home to members that harass its advertisers. I wouldn't advertise with these people, I did and he posted my personal info on his forum and my sites were attacked. I also got 100 text messages to my cellphone, 40 emails, and over 100 instant messages calling me all sorts of names. He is also holding contests on slandering my name as well."

According to him:

I guess that depends what you define as "resolved". Thomor25 and I came to a financial agreement which was amicable. Both thomor25 and I made mistakes throughout the course of what transpired. I removed those threads you linked to long ago so don't think I'm hiding them :)

I handled the situation very poorly. Thomor25's ads installed spyware on my member's computers and I acted out of emotion which was a mistake. I have subsequently apologized to thomor25 and wish him success. I have learned from my mistakes and they will not happen again.

This is true, we did resolve our differences but with all advertising networks this will occur. 99.9 percent of the time with the netowrk I ran on his forums there was no popups or active x but some do get by the screening process. He believed that that would not happen at all so when it did happen 2 times I told him to remove them and help identify the ads with them cause I also ran the same ads on my site so I was exposing the same ads to my members.

We have since both gone our seperate ways though I still do get the occaisonal im from someone every other week or so that I don't know calling me names or pretending to ask for representation on the ad network trying to trick me when I don't do business on that messenger name it is only used for support issues in relations to one of my websites.

Thank you for confirming this thomor25, I appreciate it. While thomor25 and I have gone out separate ways, I want to publically state that in my opinion he has make excellent changes to his advertising network so that what happened to my forum members will not happen again. I can in good faith recommend thomor25 to anyone who is looking for a quality advertising network. His network is well run, pays, and pays well. We both learned from our mistakes.

i'd be intrested in offering $40,000 for 40% If intrested please let me know ^^

Are you interested in selling the whole lot (100%) ? If so pm me.

Cheers
Robert

Are you looking for an active partner or a silent investor?

Either is acceptable. Whatever the buyer prefers.
