Yes, sold to ME. You and I made a deal, a concrete agreement for a slightly lower price. Then you dont show up for 12 hours. Then hours later, after our agreement was made someone says sold at BIN price. Sorry but we had a deal long before that and you are obligated to follow through with our deal.

If "$1250 takes it now" was unclear I apologize. This is my first transaction with DNforum and I thought I made a proper and clear posting. I had no "concrete" agreements with anyone, and someone, professional and courteous, stepped forward. Sorry.

No, this kazzia guy is an unscrupulous seller and sold it to someone else after he fully agreed to sell it to me. All buyers beware with this guy. He has bad businesses ethics as can be evidenced not only by the multitude of trademarked names he buys and offers for sale, but also because of how he screwed me over on this deal for a measly $200 extra.
