Bought this one from @Johnn some time ago for like $300ish if I recall correctly and it's been sitting undeveloped (prioritization, never got around to it).
Looking for reasonable offers, and not expecting anywhere close to that. But a hundred or two might be nice? Shoot an offer though--it's gotta go.
