There is big money to be made on the net and when it comes down to it in the end it all depends on the value to the particular buyer rather than the appraisal value. Plus the value of premium domains is going up and up all of the time because of the supply and demand. More people want domains but less are available, premium anyway and what happens when more people want something but there is less of it. It goes up in price big time.
