closed Local-properties ()com - got an offer, what do you think of this name?

I've turned down an offer before via Sedo for this name. Now I have another and wanted to see what you thought it was worth. I know it's got a hyphen which decreases the value, but the key words are great and used worldwide.

Also, Luxury-properties.com sold recently for $1200 via Sedo.
