Let's see: overture 101, no bids, wordtracker 2 searches for "local malls", Google 1 lousy 0.05c bid for Shopping Mall News, .net extension - I would not register it even for 8.88
Developed - maybe, but what would be the business model ? There is better projects which might be devloped.
