Yes, I've noticed that too. I was actually talkign to a support person at LW about 2 weeks ago, and she checked out this place (from my e-mail address), when she wrote back she was like cool site, if any of you members have any suggestions about our service, we're listening, something like that.

Anyways I was thinking they could have possibly gotten the whole chat idea from here, who knows
