Some stats service perhaps?
Or maybe a site where the user can upload raw logfiles from apache or a multitude of different programs and then you'll have a script that takes the data and puts it out in nice html's with graphics/charts.
Logfile hosting is viable nowadays too.. Just get a server or two with huge harddrives.
