I set this website up last year and now due to other projects taking up too much time have decided to sell it.
As you can see it is a great looking website and looks at lot better than the other London Whats On/Directory type sites. Everyone that has seen the website to loves it and thinks it has a lot of potential.
It would help if you lived in London but not at all a requirement. You will only need to make one or two posts a week to keep it ranking well on Google. It is an easy site to run and great for someone looking to improve on a developed website.
