I think we under-estimate the sale-ability of long names.
Go here and look at the names that have "SOLD" beside them, some of them are longer or as long as BiologicalTechnology.info.

AS resellers your profit margin is bigger with shorter names, but from this list of names at this website, it looks like the average buyer could care less about length.

long names with meaning are much more preferred than short (not 2 chars and 3 letters) but meaningless domains like qxtq.com unless you have abbr for it.
