I need a programmer relatively longterm (1-3 months) that can work with me on a custom CMS project. I prefer someone that uses online messengers.
Basically, what I need done is a skeleton site created with around 20 pages and a number of features that have an admin backend to control them. There may be all of the following and possibly more that needs to be controlled, configurable and with the ability to add, remove, manage from the admin side: polls, questionaires, articles, feeds, mailing list, ratings of everything listed here, videos, pictures, partner links, news, blogs and possibly forums. All of this will have a login system and be integrated together.
What I need is this skeleton system to be 100% customizable as far as layout, design, graphics and colors. I do NOT want to use a premade solution unless it is in very limited distribution, not branded and you can customize it for me.
