Overture treats the singular and plural as the same term. the domain "healthresearchES.com" does not look or sound that great in comapison to "healthresearch.com. "Health Reasearch" is really the phrase that people would be typing into SE's, and even then the top 10 overture bids for "health research" are only $0.54 - $0.10. You could easily find other domains still available that would contain higher paying keywords, so I would have to say its not such a good reg.

I did a google for the phrase "health researches" and judging from results most of its use is from a misspelling of health researchers so if healthresearchers.com get big traffic you might see some inreased traffic, but as is I dont see a lot of value
