Wanted: Service Looking for a PHP Guy

I do a lot of web design and a lot of clients of mine want custom programmed scripts etc. I also have some personal projects that I need help on sometimes. Sometimes I have some big jobs and sometimes its just small things but I am willing to pay. I am sick of messing with foreigners and spending 90% of my time explaining what I need. I would like someone who speaks fluent english. I dont care if you have a degree or what not as I have found the best programmers I know ended up being high school drop outs.
