Hi, i am currently seeking to purchase websites that have development POTENTIAL - since i will be developing the website myself.

I am looking to spend no more then $250 US.

What im looking for:
- Domains (must be a good domain, and a .com)
- Forums/Communities
- Other websites.

Let me know what you got.

Also, if its a well established site with great potential (nice domain, good traffic, etc) then I may be interested in increasing my spending budget to about $800USD

Good luck with your devoloping! I know someone who does that and is such a great devoloper. Took at site for $500, and its up to atleast 20k now in 6 months.
