I need a skin for NeoBoards.com

The site focuses on teenagers and the neopet craze...it's important that the designer have the ability to make cute creatures and icons.

IPB offers a small portal script along with their download. Its called "IPB Portal" (in 2.0) and "IPDynamic Lite" in previous versions.
