I'm looking for a revenue-making site for sale, preferrably turnkey or ad revenue. I do not need hosting. It should be able to run on a Linux server. I would like something making at least $25/month.
If you have a parked domain that makes something near that much, please let me know. A full site is also fine.

I will require proof.
