1) First of all, there's a choice between being a re-seller and an affiliate, right? Reseller buys from wholesaler, marks it up and resells at a profit. Resellers enjoys all renewals revenue. Affiliate doesn't and gets commission only on the initial registration. Right?

2) So I have a choice.. The cheapest people around seem to be 1&1. The only offer an affiliate program paying $2.5 per new registration. I wish they had a reseller program but they don't:(

I want to get renewals so I don't really like affiliate programs like this. What do you think?

So in this case, everything for me comes down to a reseller program that can offer me the lowest base cost, correct? Of course I would also appreciate things like private label website, ability to bill the whole world, etc. But most important thing is the base price point, correct? It seems that the lowest available among re-seller programs is in $6-$7 range which is ironically still higher than 1&1's retail rate :)

3) What is SuperSite? Is that private label software developed by DirectI guys?

4) Look at this site: http://www.philsdomains.com/anacreon/?&redirectpage=/? He seems to be a SuperSite re-seller. How the hell can he re-sell at $2 for .com ??????????????

Please comment and answer all my questions! You will get karma points:)
