Offers Looking to Purchase Websites

I am looking to purchase established websites that are earning revenue. I would prefer adsense revenue, however, I would consider alternative sources. I do not want websites that profity soley off of active x, pop ups, porn, or any non-user friendly sources.

I am not buying based on potential, I am buying based on current income.

The website must be at least 2 months old.

My budget is $5,000. Of course I will consider websites that are cheaper in price.

Things I would like to know off the bat:

1. URL
2. Monthly profit (and source), monthly expenses (and source)
3. How many uniques a day
4. Where the traffic comes from.
5. Asking price.

It makes money through Google Adsense and links to other affiliate programs.

I haven't tracked exactly how much comes from this one site. I would estimate $50 a month.

I will start the bidding at $250.

I am glad you posted this. I have received a few offers from websites earning less than $100 who are asking for $4,000+ (over 3 years revenue). Just because my budget is $5,000 doesn't mean I am looking to necessarily spend $5,000

Ideally I would like to pay 10 months income.
