I think you are looking at around mid 4-figures. You have a very rare and perfect city name in a somewhat obscure extension (but which may suit the purposes of any number of Los Angeles businesses).

.cc gains in popularity at glacial speed, however this is a great city name and might get into the x,xxx range for that alone. strong keyword .cc names have sold for low x,xxx before. good luck.
