OK i do Appraisals my self but this one excites me, i snagged this along with these this morning, and i know what i would appraise them at, but i want a few other opinions, i got lucky with most of these, and please don't pm me with low-ball offers before i put it up for sale. Now serious offers would of course be welcome.
