I'm not sure if they were aware you were asking for an appraisal on a "developed" Luck.biz. As surely the appraisals would have been much higher. However I'm not sure many here have experience in giving appraisals on a developed site, especially with the kind of operation you have. Very nice!!!

btw: I like .biz's too. Luck.biz is a very good domain for a casino operation. LadyLuck.biz wouldn't have been a bad one to get either. Looks like the infamous CJ Lovik got it. However there is always the option to subdomain, www.lady.luck.biz
