For a reseller, this is probably an XX type of name. For an end user, it could be much more valuable. You really have to try and gain some insight on your prospective customer(s) to find the sweet spot on price. I wouldn't be shocked to see it sell in the low to mid X,XXX range, but if it were mine I might be happy with mid to high XXX on it.
Many times on names like this, it comes down less to some fixable value, and more about how much you want or need to sell versus how badly the end user needs or wants the name.
