How come there is no $50 deposit to sign up with an magazine wholesaler to place the magazine orders? Who are the magazines sent through then?

The magazines are ordered through the hosting providers acct, therefore no fee. Very easy system for ordering.

who is the hosting provider taking care of the wholesale account?

The webhost is partners with the mag rep who has an acct with the supplier and I order through them.
