I wonder why eBay does not have this domain ebay.cc in their portfolio.

It's incredible that GoDaddy would even permit that auction. It's a blatant TM violation!

One of these days a company with DEEEEEEP pockets is going to go after middlemen like GoDaddy that facilitate this BS! It gives all domainers a bad name!

Here is the breakdown:

1.) GoDaddy allows trademarks to be listed.
2.) Someone takes the bait and buys the name.
3.) Trademark holder files dispute with GoDaddy.
4.) GoDaddy makes another $30 from the buyer for relaying paperwork.
5.) Buyer loses domain to TM holder.
6.) GoDaddy profits.

Last week, a DNforum member penalized with 30$ by Godaddy after buying a TM domain when the TM holder complained to WIPO.
