Ok. It seems that the traffic for this name is not accurate and is ONLY 50 uniques per day. At one time the name had 400 visitors a day but this has dwindled to pure type in traffic as the site was down for a year and apparently andy link traffic and recurring visitors has bottomed out. The price is the owners price which I was quoted, and it is negotiable of course. Surely it seems high considering the reduced traffic, but the name itself has considerable value, and I will respond with the name to all interesteed parties, and you can visit the site and look at the traffic numbers yourself, and draw your own conclusions. PM if you would like to look at this name. If you have an opinion about the price, a constructive opinion, I welcome you to share that with me. Keep in mind that I did not appraise this name, but that if it had the 400 uniqes a day, I would buy it if I had the funds. Of course I wouldn't with 50 a day, but it still has conseiderable value, and in fact there has been a substantial offer made.
