I agree with Radistar.. Making Ad Sense.. excellent play on words.. and of course TM aside.. I would estimate $350 without development.. however the development potential is huge as a resource site for making sense of adsense

Like a broken record but Making Sense is first to come to mind and it is definetly a catchy name and to the point.....
